We encourage all participants to come to the Albertson’s Flock Party on Hazel Street between Harrison and 16th street for some food and music. There will be a tent for survivors to receive a special gift bag and to connect with other Survivors as well as awesome music from The River and KHITS!

The whimsical theme is pink flamingos. You’ll see pink tutus, feathers, balloons, and more!

With no paid staff, Flock Cancer Idaho is entirely dependent on the hard work of generous volunteers. If you would like to lend your time or expertise, please contact us at [email protected].

Registration includes an awesome event shirt. Adult registration is $35 and kids are $25. Late registration has only grey shirts available as well as Event Day registration – very limited sizes available. . Also included is the knowledge that you are supporting a great cause!

Survivors will get a Survivor sash, a medal, and a collectable Founder’s pin. We are introducing the Founder’s Pin this year, which can be pinned to your sash and collected through the years to commemorate your participation. Each year the pin will have a different flower with a special meaning. Each Survivor will also ring the bell as they walk through the Survivor arch to recognize their journey, and to receive their medal.

Look for the Pink Swag table for some sharable pink decor and survivors be sure to head to the Survivor Tent located on Hazel Street at the Albertson’s Flock Party!

Food trucks will be onsite at the Albertson’s Flock Party on Hazel Street between Harrison and 16th between 9am and 1pm. We encourage all participants to come to the party, listen to some great hits by The River and K-HITS, get group photos taken, and survivors can visit the Survivor tent for their special gift bag!

All sidewalks on Harrison Blvd have wheelchair accessible ramps!

Our north end is well covered with nice shade trees which might block some weather, but this is a ‘rain or shine’ event! Please dress accordingly.

Fundraising Questions

You are not required to fundraise, it sure would be great to help get the word out about the event! Imagine if everyone had a little extra for the cause to support local cancer fighters, survivors, caregivers and educational programs in our community!

Donations maybe brought to the Survivor Arch on event day on the corner of Hazel and Harrison (look for Staff in the Black shirts), or mailed to: Flock Cancer Idaho Inc., 1806 N. Harrison Blvd, Boise ID, 83702.

Yes! Flock Cancer Idaho has NO paid staff! All participant and sponsor money, after the event is supported, will be given DIRECTLY to local organizations. This year the 2 beneficiaries are the YMCA Oncology Recovery Program and Bustin Out Of Boise, a local organization who provides services and support to local cancer patients and their families. Please see below for more information on both of these wonderful organizations.

We are hoping to wrap up fundraising by June 1.
